Tartan floor is used in the construction of the track. Tartan floors are flexible rubber sports floors with EPDM and SBR layers.

The tartan floor is a flexible floor made of two layers of water-permeable EPDM granules and SBR granules. 

The system applied by casting on site is preferred because of its good adherence to the ground. Hot or cold weather resistant sports floor.

    Polyurethane Athletics Track The Polyurethane Athletics Track, synthetic coating, must be made in accordance with the norms of the German Standards Organization DIN and the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), which set the technical standards of the European Union. Athletics tracks with polyurethane floors, which are suitable floors for professional organizations, allow competitions to be held in all weather conditions. Therefore, they can host sporting events as outdoor athletics tracks, which can be used in all seasons.

  • Tartan Ground Athletics Track

    Tartan Athletics Tracksare built in accordance with the norms of the German Standards Organization DIN and International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), which sets the technical standards of the European Union. Tartan floors are water permeable and consists of two layers. Tartan Athletics Tracks are flexible sports ground, produced from EPDM and SBR granules. It is usually made of 8mm SBR rubber at the bottom and 5mm tile color EPDM rubber at the top. Grounds tiles are made by casting the hot rubber in place and with paving machines. These are materials with high abrasion resistance and strong absorbency.

  • Spray Coating System Athletics Track

    Spray Coating System Athletics Tracks are built in accordance with the high standards of the German Standards Organization DIN and International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), which sets the technical standards of the European Union. Spray coating system; is an easy to apply, inexpensive, EPDM coating system with high shock absorbing feature, and textured finish. Product is applied in multiple layers. It is sprayed on a flexible rubber layer, to form the desired thickness, with a spray machine. The base layer consists of the combination of SBR granule layer with polyurethane binders. The surface of the base layer is covered with polyurethane filler and thin EPDM granules.

  • Sandwich System Athletics Track

    Sandwich System Athletics Track The Sandwich System Track should be constructed in accordance with the standards of the German Standards Organization DIN and the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), which set the technical standards of the European Union. Sandwich System Athletics Tracks consist of two layers. There are 10 cm asphalt layer in the lower layer and rubber system floor covering layers in the upper layer. Sandwich system consists of EPDM layer, polyurethane layer, elastic layer and primary layer.
